We have two pricing tiers - 6 or fewer guests and more than 6 guests. We add a simple flat $20 for each night to our published nightly rate for more than 6 guests to help defray the costs of additional utilities usage, and cleaning services required to clean after larger groups. Weekly rental rates offer the best value because the rate is priced for maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
All of our properties are furnished with bed linens, towels, a complete gourmet kitchen stocked with all the cooking equipment you could need, and cleaning supplies for small cleaning you might need to do during your stay. We also have lots of books and games available at the cabins. There is a full sized pool table, an electronic dart board and full sized air hockey table in most of the cabins. Please inquire about your specific cabin if you want to make sure the one you want to rent is equipped. You should bring laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes, DVD's or CD's you might want to enjoy during your stay, food and drinks, and personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, etc).
In order to keep our properties clean of dander, pet hair and dust we do not allow pets in our properties. We would like our properties to be a safe haven for those with pet allergies.
Absolutely no smoking allowed in any of our properties. There are an abundance of porches and wonderful outdoor spaces if you must smoke. Please be considerate and do not litter - place all cigarette butts in the ashtray located on the porch.
You must be of "legal and responsible age" to rent our cabins. We will not rent to anyone under 21 years old. This person must be one of the guests who remains with the rental party throughout their stay.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the cabin. A key is available in a lock box at the cabin. You will be given the lock box code via e-mail 24 hours prior to your stay. Please do not attempt to check in early. Our maid service is usually cleaning the facility during prior to 3:00 pm if the property was vacated on the same day. If you absolutely need to check-in early you will need to contact us to make sure the property will be vacated and cleaned in time for early check-in.
Check-out is at 11:00AM - no exceptions
Our maid service will arrive promptly by 11:15a to clean the property for the next guest.
For parties of more than 6 we do require a security deposit of $150.00. This deposit must be paid by check. The signer of the contract is wholly responsible for the damages to the cabin. This deposit will be applied to any items which are broken, to additional cleaning fees we must pay if the cabin is excessively dirty, or to general damage to the property. WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO KEEP ANY OF YOUR DEPOSIT. WE ONLY ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR CABIN ...AND LEAVE IT IN THE ORGANIZED MANNER IN WHICH YOU ENTERED IT. We ask that you remove all trash from floors and surfaces and put in trash bags. Remove all trash bags from inside the cabin and place in the trash cans outside, place the last load of dishes in the dishwasher - do not leave dishes in the sink or on counters, and place all dirty sheets and towels in the laundry room. WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO CLEAN AS OUR CLEANING COMPANY HAS DONE. SEE OUR CHECK OUT LIST WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN AREA. Following this checklist will ensure the return of your complete deposit.
First, check our online availability calendar. Each property has their own calendar. If the dates you are interested in are available, call our office at 678-481-0317 or request your dates using our online booking form.
A prepayment of 50% of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. You will receive an invoice for 50% of the rental fee via e-mail that you can pay online. You will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of the rental fee 7 days prior to your stay. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of your check-in date. If we have not received payment for the remaining 50% of your rental fee by this time, you will not be given the lock box code to access the cabin.
NOTE: For reservations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, 100% prepayment is required.
The person booking the cabin must be at least 21 years old and must be either the person, or spouse of the person, whose name appears on the credit card provided.
Please note: Until we receive the 50% deposit, you do not have a firm reservation and your cabin may be rented to someone else.
Once a reservation has been made, we will email a confirmation of the booking details to the person making the reservation.
Your rental contract will be attached to this email and must be returned to the rental office within 7 days of booking.
Upon receipt, please read the confirmation and the attached rental agreement very carefully in regard to the accuracy of the dates, number of adults and children accompanying you, etc.
Should you find an error in your documents, please contact the rental office immediately.
**ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING – E-MAIL, FAX or CERTIFIED MAIL.
Each cabin listed on our site is a privately owned home, consequently cancellations affect the owners significantly.
For reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $25 or 3% of any charges already made to your card, whichever is greater.
For reservations cancelled inside 30 days, 1/2 of the rental deposit is forfeited.
For reservations cancelled inside 14 days, the full rental deposit is forfeited.
